Panchase Yoga Trek
On a Panchassee mountain we can find many placements or seats for Yoga practices. Around Panchassee mountain, about one hour below the peaks have numerous places for Yoga and doing the meditation. The environment there is so refreshing and pleasant that it provides a stable environment for enhancing or gaining the positive power through body starches. The meditation in Panchassee gives you such a strength in you.
Day 1: Kathmandu - Pokhara:
Early morning we use land transport from Kathmandu to Pokhara, by bus it takes around 6 hours. During the drive we can see stunning views on the Himalaya which lies 8000m above the sea level, like Dhaulagari, Manaslu and Annapurna. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 2: Pokhara - Shanti Stup – Bhumdi: (3 hr)
We start from the Fewa lake, there we cross the lake using a boat then we will gradually start climbing the stupa. Overnight Camping)
Day 3: Bhumdi – Bhanjayang: (3.5 hr)
Today will be an easy day as we will only trek to Bhanjayang Foot of Panchassee hill (2500m). walkin g for around 3 and a half hour can make us reach our today’s destination.
Day 4: Bhanjayang - Panchassee – Bhanjayang: (4 hr)
Today early morning we Climb steep up to Panchassee Tower to see the panoramic view from Dhaulagiri to Lamjung himal, it takes around 1 hr to reach there after that we will step down to see the panchassee lake which will take about 45 min.
Day 5: Bhanjayang - Gatee Cheena - Pokhara or Khadi - Naudadha - Pokhara: (4 hr)
We head towards down to Gatee cheena to catch the bus to pokhara, overnight at Pokhara.
Day 6: Pokhara:
Day of Relaxation at the Retreat Center The final Day of the program is spent at Yoga Retreat Center to heal any weary muscles or joints, as well as a period of relaxation after trekking. The following facilities and offerings are available to calm the body and mind
