Overview

Poon Hill is considered to be one of the world’s best viewpoints. There we can view the stunning view of Himalayan sunrise. At the Annapurna Base Camp (4130m), Annapurna sanctuary, mighty Himalaya giants like Annapurna 1, Annapurna 3, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, Glacier Dome and Fish Tail (Machhapuchhare) rise above 7000 and 8000 meter. Ghorepani Poon hill Yoga and Meditation trekking packages is only one yoga and mediation trek in Nepal which allows you to feel the fresh air of Himalayas during Meditation.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu - Pokhara:

Early morning today we use bus for transport from Kathmandu to Pokhara, around 6 hrs drive. During the drive we can enjoy the fabulos views on the mighty Himalaya massifs which rise above 8000m, like Manaslu and Annapurna. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Pokhara – Naya Pull – Hille / Tikhedunga:

Today early in the morning, We will start trekking from Naya Pull. Around in 1.5 hour drive with a private vehicle from Pokhara. After short walk of 15 minutes along the bank of the Modi Khola, we reach Birethanti (1.015 meters) a massive village that consists of numerous teahouses. For trail we follow the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola. Today's walk is comparatively easy, a basic experiences of trekking in Nepal.

Day 3: Tikhedunga – Ghorepani:

We leave Tikhedunga in the morning, we begin our journey with a steep climb to Ulleri. Ulleri is a large Magar village at 2070 meters. We continue to ascend more gently we go through forests of oak and rhododendrons towards Banthanti at 2.250 meters. Then we trek towards Nangethanti at 2460m. After another one hour of walking we will finally reach Ghorepani at 2900 meters.

Day 4: Ghorepani - Poon Hill - Deurali:

Today Very early in the morning around 4am, we start an hour hiking to Poon Hill at elevation of 3210 meters, this point provides a stunning view of sunrise over the high Himalayas, including the Annapurnas, Dhaulagiri and Machhapuchhare. At Poon Hill we will spend about 2 - 3 hour for Morning Meditation and Yoga at the Top.

Day 5: Deurali - Ghorepani - Tadapani:

At Ghorepani we take breakfast at the hotel and continue our trek to Tadapani (2600 meters).
Towards Tadapani, we make climb along ridges and through pine- and rhododendron forests. Our final destination for today is Tadapani that offers us a flawless views of Machhapuchhare and Annapurna South.

Day 6: Tadapani - Ghandrung:

Ghandrung (1950m) is a large, prosperous Gurung village and after arrival we have time to explore the maze of narrow alleyways separating the neat slate-roofed houses and watch the sunlight on Annapurna South and Hiunchuli.

Day 7: Ghandrung – Naya Pull - Pokhara:

From Ghandrung we descend to Syauli Bazaar. From Syauli Bazaar it is comparatively easy walk following the river to Birethanti (1040m) where we cross the bridge. A short walk from the village brings us to the road at Naya Pull where we take transport for the 1 hour drive to Pokhara.
